Emma has 23 years of experience in the medical aesthetics field. She started her career in aesthetics in 2002 with Allergan and went on to create and lead the clinical function for aesthetics in Australia and New Zealand. During this time, she was exposed to leading national and international trainers in the field and developed a key understanding of anatomy, patient consultation and clinical scope of practice with a focus on clinical outcomes and patient safety.
Emma has extensive experience in clinical education and regularly trains doctors and nurses in aesthetics in addition to being the co-founder of Complete Face which is a global educational platform for healthcare professionals. Emma has been registered with AHPRA since 06/2016. NMW0002039175
A key part of her professional life has been developing aesthetic protocols, clinical training resources, nurse assessments and clinical competencies: all with the goal of enhancing patient safety and aesthetic outcomes.
Emma has a love of facial aesthetics and skin health and provides consultations to create individualised treatment plans ensuring personalised care appropriate to the age and goals of her clients.
