Summary
This patient presented with complex poikiloderma of civatte, a common and very stubborn type of pigment that is both vascular and pigmented.
It is classed as a chronic pigment that requires ongoing maintenance. Patient’s will not often achieve full resolution, however improvements can be made, as seen here.
This patient has had 3 x Fraxel and PDL Lasers to her chest and neck, with the use of a prescription fading cream at home.
